Ben Hamburg also provides mediation services to parties seeking to resolve their disputes without the risk inherent in proceeding through trial, and additionally provides services as an arbitrator. Prior to forming Hamburg Law Corporation, Ben, a 1979 graduate of Boalt Hall School of Law, was a partner in the San Francisco law firms of Dinkelspiel, Donovan & Reder and Freeland, Cooper & Hamburg, and was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for a real estate construction lender. Mr. Hamburg's mediation experience includes training and mediation through the United States District Court, Northern District of California's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program, and acting as a private mediator and as a mediator for the Contra Costa Superior Court and the San Francisco Bar Association through their respective alternative dispute resolution programs.
